The government lottery

Questions from the audience:
My father opens a grocery store in Lopburi province.  He has the motto for his trading which my grandfather taught him that “Don’t sell all kinds of alcohol.”  But there are many things that he should not sell as well.  When my father had learned Dhamma from DMC, he decided to stop selling many things.  The first one was he stopped selling the mosquito killer spray.  Later, he stopped selling cigarette although his store was one of the big cigarette wholesalers and he got the very good benefit.  Finally, he stopped selling tobacco and canaster.

As for the government lottery, he still wholesales it.  He always claims that it is the government lottery, not the illegal lottery.  What retribution will he get from selling the government lottery?

Answers:
Your father still sells the government lottery.  He will have the seed of ignorance because each buyer is always ignorant and dreams that he/she will be rich because of the lottery.  Moreover, the buyer has a chance to live in the wrong way, example, he/she will be attracted to associate with the fool or bad friends which may mislead him/her to live in the wrong way.
