The monastic ordination is valuable.  Each man should do to pay back his parents’ kindness.


Cleaning and developing the temple


The candidates will study about the discipline, respect, patient and the parents’ kindness


They will be trained to be disciplinable.  When they go to somewhere together, they have to line up and walk in order


They will cultivate themselves by keeping the precepts and mediating.  They will purify their action, speech, and mind for the coming ordination


They have to memorize the ordination request speech and many chanting before the ordination ceremony


They will be cultivated to be calm and composed


The ordination procession is different in various provinces


The circumambulation around the Main Buddhist Chapel before going inside is the traditional way of expressing the respect.  It is also an ancestor’s trick to teach the new generation that the following things are good ones.


When the waited day arrives, the candidates’ parents and relatives will participate to offer the monastic bowls and saffron robes to the candidates.  They are ready to be their parents and relatives’ merit field.

At the Dhammakaya Meditation Square around Dhammakaya Cetiya, they are ready to keep and restore Buddhism.  Their pictures make the seers happy.


The candidates will been ordained by the kind senior monks from across Thailand


The candidates will bow Dhammakaya Cetiya, the Cetiya of the Triple Gems, at Dhammakaya Temple


After being ordained as novices at Dhammakaya Temple, they will go to ordain as monks at any training temples all over the country

When they are monks, they have a good chance to meditate

During the training period, they have many teaching monks to look after, give the advice and encourage them to cultivate themselves.  They will not be neglected to live or do anything alone.


They will do the monastic duties, which are the thing each good monk should do, happily


They will go out for the morning alms round and will be the merit field for Buddhists

The ending of the project, they will perform the Dhutanga to remove his defilement strongly. The Lord Buddha has allowed the monks to perform the Dhutanga
