The 1,000,000-Laywoman Training Project
The Letter from the Hill Tribe Teacher
Edited from the Inner Dream Kindergarten Program broadcasting on DMC

I am Champee Prapaimalee.  I am 46 years old.  I am joining the 1,000,000-Laywoman Training Project at Thaphatung Training Center in Baantha district, Lamphun province.  I have sideline as a hill tribe teacher.  This is my 3rd time of the laywoman training and I can persuade 27 friends to be trained.

Dear Luang Phaw, now this project is very popular in the Karen hill tribe.  When I persuaded, it was not difficult.  I just said “Let’s come to be trained.”   They were ready to follow me to go to the temple.  This is because the trainees in the previous times have a better life obviously.  For example, Ms. Thida Rasrisaroj and her neighbors are richer after joining the training although she still does her same work.  She has planted tomatoes for sale.  It’s incredible that others had planted but they could get anything return because the hot weather made their tomato plants dead.  But Thida and her neighbors’ tomato plants did not and they could sell their tomatoes with 6 time higher price.  It made the others be wonderful very much.  So, Thida and her friends can persuade tens of Karen friends to join this project.

For me, I am impressed in this project every time.  I comfort and am very happy when I see you via DMC.  The More I see you, the more I am happy.  I have a little dream that I would like to see you in the close and proper distance like the other Inner Dream students.

Dear Luang Phaw, you are the ideal model of the Karen disciples’ dream.  All of us are waiting attentively to be ordained as Upasika Kaew at Dhammakaya Temple because we know that on that day we will meet our beloved Luang Phaw certainly.  Last but not least, we have the “From the Hug of The Hill” song, written from my heart to give to Khunkru Maiyai and all of the Inner Dream students.

Namaste with the highest respect

Champee Prapaimalee
