I have been trying to download the last month's dream in dream on the itunes podcast, but there are none available. Could someone please update the podcast for itunes? I miss listening to dream in dream on my way to work.

I have heard a similar explanation for kappa as well:
Imagine there is a large mountain, 1 km long, 1 km wide, and 1 km tall. Every one hundred years, an angel comes down and used a cloth to lightly touch the top of the mountain one time, and then goes back up. When the mountain is finally level with the ground, that is the length of one kappa.

So, the time it takes for a Lord Buddha to exist, is a very long time. It is so long it is "uncountable" and "unimaginable." Just with any layperson hearing this for the first time, it will be difficult for foreigners to understand this.

Some time ago, I had to discard many temple brochures and magazines, and I asked some temple-goers what I should do. I was told that since these brochures and magazines were obsolete and could no longer be used, we could dispose of them.

I asked these magazines & brochures "for forgiveness," indicating that I could no longer use them to spread Buddhism / Vijja Dhammakaya.
And as Khun Neung said, I would also be sure to shred them so that those who may go through the trash will not be able to identify the Buddhist images.
