Mrs. Sukumol  Khunpluem, Culture Minister, gave the opening speech in the press conference and gave an interview that the Ministry of Culture has supported in the safe and creative media development.  This is to remove the bad media, create the good media, and establish the white area and immunity for children and youths in many ways especially the short film. It is one way to cultivate the right view and conscious for societies.

Now the short film “Sila 5” is being created and its content is about the importance of applying Dhamma in the daily life.  Dhamma in this film is about the 5 precepts in Buddhism.  The target group is youths who need the immunity for living among the social and cultural changes nowadays.  In addition, it will wake our societies to realize the benefits of Thai cultures especially the applying of religious principles, morality, and ethics because these are important for the living and keeping the good cultures for our societies in the future.

There are many well-known actors and actress participating in this short film, for example, Namcha Chiranat Yusanon, Pancake Khemanit Jamikorn, Ple Nakorn Silachai, etc.  So this film will benefit and support our societies to be peaceful and calm.  When the production finishes, it will be broadcasted via online media, the website of the Ministry of Culture, Free TV and the educational institutes over the country as well.
