Weekend Meditation for Locals // Nov. 18-20, 2016 - Japanese Meditation Village

Wat Phra Dhammakaya Gunma, Japan, arranged the Weekend Meditation for Locals during November 18 – 20, 2016 (3 days and 2 nights). There were 8 meditation sessions and there were 15 Japanese, 3 Westerners and 3 Thais participating in this program.

All of them participated in the Morning Chanting, exercising, Meal Offering ceremony, having Thai food, meditation, listening to sermon and chanting Dhammacakkapavattana Sutta.

Each attendant had good meditation experience. They felt comfortable, were able to still their minds and got inner peace because of meditating in the natural environment.

All participants understood more about dharma principles and would meditate continuously at home and intend to come back to meditate at Thai Buddhist Meditation Center of Japan.
