What retributions have caused my employees resign quickly?  Also, I find the new one to do in that position hardly.  How can I do to solve this problem?

Answers:
Your employees resign quickly and you find the new one hardly because your management is not good enough and your merit of companies, the merit from persuading people to do good deeds in the previous lifetimes, is now less.
So you should make more merit of companies by persuading more people to do good deeds.  In addition, you should be calm and smile more often because people prefer to stay near the happy and peaceful ones.
