When I make merit, who I should write/engrave for

Questions from the audiences:

If I make merit and I write/engrave for
(1)    the Great Master Phramongkolthepmuni, the Most Ven. Phrarajbhavanavisudh, or the Master Nun Chandra Khonnokyoong,
(2)    common people, example, my mother
The effect of (1) is different from the effect of (2). Is it correct and how does it differ?

Answer:

If you make merit and write/engrave for the Great Master Phramongkolthepmuni, Phrarajbhavanavisudh, or the Master Nun Chandra Khonnokyoong, you will have a merit line linking between you and the Great Teachers.  In your next lifetimes you will meet us to make merit and pursue the perfection together again.  If you write for your mother, she will get the merit at once.
