This fund will be collected from many sources such as the fund for helping the accident victim in the Southern Region, the donations from the public, private, and monastic sectors, State Enterprises, foundations, associations, and people who made the donations.  The fund committees have been appointed by the Sangha Supreme Council to manage the fund.  The approval or money withdrawal have to get the permission from the committees except the urgent cases which only the president or the vice president can determine and give the permission.
