Killing for Food for Sale

Questions from the audience:
My restaurant still sells food from killing the live animals.  I am trying to stop killing them.  What retributions will I get from this?
I have employees who are drunks, gamblers and dislike to make merit.  Why do I have such employees?  What can I do to have good employees?

Answers:
Your restaurant kills the live animals for food to eat with alcohol.  This has caused you to have the employees who are drunks and gamblers.  If you want to have the good employees, you have to consider that in your restaurant what you should improve or change.

You kill the live animals for food for sale; this bad retribution will attach you to the next lifetime.  When you reborn, you will be sick easily and frequently.  Moreover, you will pass away before the average age.

While you decide to work and what occupation you will do, you should not consider only the high salary and legal.  You should consider whether the occupation you choose will lead you to break the Law of Kamma.  If you have to kill it for your living, it is not correct, harmful and sin.
