The final day of Buddhist Lent falls on the 15th day of the 11th waxing moon. This day marks the end of the three months Rains-retreat known as ‘Buddhist Lent’ in which monks had earnestly dedicated themselves to the study of Buddhist scriptures and meditation practice.
On June 16, 2016, 30 teachers and students from Westfield Primary School came to visit Wat Phra Dhammakaya London to learn about Buddhism, history of Wat Phra Dhammakaya London, and meditation.
Dhammakaya Temple and Foundation gave rice and dried food to help monks from 33 temples in Narathiwat province.
