โครงการดวงตะวันสันติภาพเปิดรับสมัครเจ้าหน้าที่ช่วยงานพระพุทธศาสนาในต่างประเทศ ทำหน้าที่กัลยาณมิตรแก่ชาวโลก และรักการทำงานเป็นทีม ได้รับการฝึกฝนทักษะทางภาษา ด้านทักษะต่างๆ
องค์กรพุทธศรีลังกาถวาย Noble Peace Award แด่พระเทพญาณมหามุนี และโล่ประกาศเกียรติคุณผู้พิทักษ์โบราณสถาน Mes Aynak จาก คุณนาเดีย ทาร์ซี สมาคมปกป้องโบราณสถานแห่งประเทศอัฟกานิสถาน (Association for the Protection of Afghan Archaeology) ช่วงค่ำ เวลา 18.00 น. พิธีเวียนประทักษิณและจุดโคมมาฆะประทีป จำนวน 100,000 ดวง ถวายเป็นพุทธบูชา
หลังจากที่ได้มีการเปิดศูนย์ปฏิบัติธรรมมองโกเลียอย่างเป็นทางการ ทางศูนย์ปฏิบัติธรรมได้จัดให้มีการสวดมนต์นั่งสมาธิตลอดต่อเนื่องจนถึงปัจจุบัน โดยไม่ขาดเลยแม้แต่วันเดียว
