(วันนี้มีนั่งสมาธิไหม) หลายคนก็ตั้งใจเดินตามหาเปเล่เพื่อจะถามว่า "วันนี้นั่งสมาธิที่ไหน กี่โมง" เปเล่บอกว่า "จริงๆแล้วผมเคยชวนชาวโซโลมอนนั่งสมาธิแค่ไม่กี่คน แต่ที่เหลือ เขาไปบอกต่อๆ กันเอง เขาบอกว่า เวลานั่งสมาธิ เขาไม่คาดหวังว่าจะเห็นอะไร และก็ไม่รู้ด้วยว่าจะต้องเห็นอะไร แต่กลายเป็นช่วงที่มีความสุข อยากทำต่อเนื่องทุกวัน"
