มื่อเรามองผ่านแสงสว่างภายใน เราจะเห็นโลก เห็นภพ และสรรพสิ่งไปตามความเป็นจริง เห็นได้ชัดเจนแจ่มแจ้ง ยิ่งกว่าการมองผ่านแสงสว่างภายนอก ซึ่งบางครั้งอาจทำให้เกิดภาพลวงตาได้ แต่แสงสว่างภายในที่เกิดเมื่อใจบริสุทธิ์หยุดนิ่ง จะทำให้เรารู้เห็นไปตามความเป็นจริงของสิ่งที่มีอยู่จริงๆ เพราะว่าเป็นความสว่างที่เกิดจากความบริสุทธิ์ของดวงจิต
