ปีใหม่นี้ ผมจึงพาทีมงานหลักๆ มาปฏิบัติธรรมที่มุกตะวัน ซึ่งผมประทับใจมาก เพราะมีความรู้สึกเหมือนบ้านของผมเอง เพราะที่เมืองไทยปฏิบัติกันอย่างจริงจัง ซึ่งแตกต่างจากบ้านเกิดผม ที่ไม่ค่อยมีคนเข้าใจ และเข้าถึงในเรื่องจิตวิญญาณ ผมคิดว่า การทำสมาธิไว้ที่ศูนย์กลางกายฐานที่ 7 นั้นง่าย และมีประสิทธิภาพสูงในการเข้าถึงแสงสว่างภายใน
