ผมนั่งด้วยใจที่ผ่อนคลาย หายใจเข้าลึกๆและหายใจออกช้าๆ แล้วผมก็ได้ค้นพบจุดสิ้นสุดของลมหายใจ มันรู้สึกเหมือนจุดกลมๆอยู่ภายในตัว เหนือสะดือประมาณสองนิ้วมือ ผมก็นึกถึงดวงแก้วใสๆไว้ที่ตรงนั้น ทันใดนั้นเอง มันเหมือนกับมีแรงดึงดูดเข้าไปข้างในช่วงสั้นๆ แล้วก็มีแสงสว่างสีเหลืองกระจายออกมาอย่างรวดเร็วจากตรงกลางของดวงแก้วนั้น
