เมื่อลูกได้นั่งสมาธิในครั้งแรกๆ ลูกทำใจหยุดนิ่งไม่ได้เลย คิดเยอะ คิดไปไหนต่อไหน พยายามควานหาศูนย์กลางกายว่า อยู่ตรงไหน หาเท่าไหร่ก็หาไม่เจอ เพ่งก็แล้ว จ้องก็แล้ว ยังได้ซดน้ำแห้วอยู่เหมือนเดิม ยิ่งเพ่ง ยิ่งจ้อง ก็ยิ่งจ๋อง ยิ่งเครียด
ขณะกำลังนั่งสมาธิตามเสียงพระเดชพระคุณหลวงพ่อในวันบูชาข้าวพระ ดิฉันพบความรู้สึกที่หยุดนิ่งจริงๆ คือ ทุกสิ่งรอบตัวและในตัวหยุดหมด เหมือนไม่มีเวลาไม่มีความคิดไม่มีการเคลื่อนไหวใดๆเลย จากนั้นดิฉันมักนั่งเห็นองค์พระธรรมกายที่ใสและสว่าง ขนาดเล็กประมาณ 2เซนติเมตรบ้าง หรือใหญ่ประมาณ 2เท่าของตัวเองบ้าง
