หากรอบไหนผมนั่งสมาธิได้ดี ผมจะยิ้มได้ตลอดทั้งวัน แล้วสามารถส่งความดี ความสุภาพ ความรัก ความหวังดีไปยังผู้อื่นได้ เหมือนอย่างที่พระอาจารย์สอนให้เราแผ่เมตตา ความเมตตานี้จะไปถึงทุกคน แม้ว่าเราจะไม่รู้จักพวกเขาก็ตาม
คนตระหนี่กลัวความยากจนย่อมไม่ให้อะไรแก่ผู้ใด ความกลัวจนนั่นแหละ จะเป็นภัยแก่ผู้ไม่ให้ คนตระหนี่ย่อมกลัวความอยากข้าวอยากน้ำ ความกลัวนั่นแหละจะกลับมาสู่คนพาลทั้งในโลกนี้และโลกหน้า เพราะเหตุนั้น บัณฑิตพึงครอบงำมลทินกำจัดความตระหนี่เสียแล้วให้ทานเถิด เพราะบุญย่อมเป็นที่พึ่งของสัตว์ทั้งหลายในโลกหน้า
ตอนนั่งสมาธิที่วัด ผมพยายามนั่งให้สบายๆ หลับตาพริ้มๆ และค่อยๆสูดลมหายใจลึกๆ ให้เข้ากับคำพูดของพระเดชพระคุณหลวงพ่อ หายใจเข้าผ่านจมูก แล้วนึกให้มีการเคลื่อนที่ช้าๆ ลงไปยังฐานที่7 ทำนิ่งๆ ฟังเสียงของพระเดชพระคุณหลวงพ่อไปเรื่อยๆ แม้ผมจะยังไม่เข้าใจภาษาไทยมากนัก แต่น้ำเสียงของพระเดชพระคุณหลวงพ่อ ก็ช่วยพาผมดำดิ่งเข้าไปยังอีกโลกหนึ่ง เป็นโลกของสันติสุข
ผมตั้งใจว่า จะทำการบ้านของพระเดชพระคุณหลวงพ่อทั้ง 10ข้อให้ได้ทุกวัน เพราะผมรู้ว่า ผลจากการทำการบ้าน และนั่งสมาธิอย่างสม่ำเสมอ จะช่วยให้ผมมีสติมากขึ้น พบกับสันติสุขภายใน และสามารถแบ่งปันให้กับผู้อื่นได้ครับ ผมไม่ใช่คนที่ฝันอะไรใหญ่โต แต่สิ่งที่ผมฝันคือการมีสันติสุขภายในอย่างนี้ตลอดไปครับ
Karma that happens in this life is the effect from actions that we did in previous life.
