Meditation Session and Dhamma Sermon, Tokyo, Japan.

On Sunday September 13th 2015 the Meditation Center of Nippori in Tokyo, Japan, arranged a meditation retreat and Venerable Thaniyo gave a Japanese sermon on the topic of “Double your happiness!!”.  The teaching monk said that people generally use ‘thinking’ to make them happy.  Other than thinking, there still are many ways to increase happiness, such as sharing things to one another.  Sharing will bring happiness the to giver for a long time.  After that the participants meditated together and some of them remained to have a dharma talk with the teaching monks.
