We have to center our mind
regularly and continuously.
Whether we are sitting to meditate or not.
Let the mind become a part of our body,
as if every moment is meditation time.
Even when we turn a somersault,
the mind is still there at the center.
This is a basic foundation,
which will become beneficial
when it is time to sit and meditate.
When we close our eyes,
the mind goes inside effortlessly.
