Dhammakaya Paris Temple arranged the Picked-Up Robe Set Offering Ceremony
 
 The teaching monks led congregations to request the precepts and pray the Morning Chanting

Dhammakaya Paris Temple in France arranged the Picked-Up Robe Set Offering Ceremony to build the temple.  In the morning, the teaching monks led the congregations to request the precepts, pray the Morning Chanting, and the Chanting to glorify the Most Ven. Phramongkolthepmuni, the Monk who conquered Mara.  After that the teaching monks led the congregations to meditate for purifying themselves to be good merit containers.  Then, they performed the ceremony of offering meal to the monks as Sangha Dana and the Morning Alms Round Ceremony.

The Picked-Up Robe Set Offering Ceremony was arranged in the afternoon.  Ms. Panyanont and Mr. Thossaporn Munsaeng were the representatives to light the Victory Candle and led others to offer the Picked-Up Robe Set.  In this occasion, the teaching monk gave a sermon about the importance of Kathina Day as well.  After that all congregations had a group meeting to share the meritorious work which will be held on the Kathina Day, November 11th, 2012.

 The teaching monks led congregations to pray the Morning Chanting and meditate

The teaching monks led the congregations to pray the Morning Chanting and meditate.  After that they requested the precepts and offered meal to the monks as Sangha Dana.  Mr. Boonma Saphapmeechai was the president to lead the congregations to offer.  In this occasion, the teaching monks gave a sermon about the fruit of planting the marigold trees for paving the marigold petals on the Dhutanga ways and persuaded the congregations to plant it.  Then, they offered alms in the Morning Alms Round and offered meal to the monks happily together.

The ceremony of dedicating merit to the dead relatives was held in the afternoon.  First, the teaching monks led the congregations to mediate.  After that they offered the saffron robes to the teaching monks and then, the teaching monks taught them about the fruit of the Kathina Offering which made them happy.  After giving a sermon, the teaching monks brought the congregations to develop the temple by cleaning the temples and the monastic mattresses.  Everybody did it happily.
