Meditation Class for Locals // Thai Buddhist Meditation Center in Tokyo, Japan

The Thai Buddhist Meditation Center in Tokyo, Japan arranged a meditation class and taught dharma in Japanese on the topic of “Warm Family, Happy Home” by Phra Somkiat Punyatejo on Sunday August 28, 2016.  This topic interested many people so some of them came with their spouses.

The teaching monk taught them that when a couple decided to build family together, they would be happy or unhappy periodically; however, they should encourage each other to go through their problems together.  If they applied Virtues of a Householder [Gharavasadhamma] in their lives, they would understand each other even more.  After that, the teaching monk led them to meditate and purify their minds.  Then, they had Dharma Talk together before going back home with impressed minds.
