On Saturday October 29, 2016, the 121st Japanese-language Buddhism and Meditation course was organised at the Grand Central Point Terminal 21 Hotel. Attendees from various backgrounds; commercial area, homemakers, and etc., attended the meditation event. This time the Instructor Monk, Ven. Somkiat Bunyatecho, led the Dhammar sermon titled “Letting go of anger will bring your mind to peace”. To summarise the sermon’s main message: The Lord Buddha taught us to let go and loosen the anger that are currently occupying our minds, doing so will bring us the inner peace. After the sermon, the attendees meditate together peacefully.http://en.dhammakaya.net
