Dhamamakaya Meditation Center, Mongolia

 

Dhammakaya Meditation Center, Mongolia organised the 8th meditation session for the month of September on September 29, 2016. 16 locals came to take part in this meditation to learn about basic meditation and practice meditation. From the meditation, many had good meditation experiences and were happy. The teaching monk advised them that they can use what they learned today to practice meditation at home.
